Kısaca
BodyBook'a girdiğin hiçbir sağlık bilgisi cihazından çıkmaz. Hesap açman gerekmez, sunucumuz yoktur, verilerin kimseyle paylaşılmaz ve satılmaz. Uygulamanın gönderdiği tek şey, kapatabileceğin anonim bir kullanım sinyalidir — içinde hiçbir sağlık verisi yoktur.
Cihazında kalan veriler

Fotoğraflar
Ben takibi için çektiğin fotoğraflar uygulamanın kendi klasöründe, cihazında tutulur. Fotoğraf kitaplığına yazılmaz, hiçbir yere yüklenmez ve hiçbir görüntü işleme servisine gönderilmez. Bir beni silersen ona ait kareler de silinir.
Apple Health
İstersen BodyBook'u Apple Health'e bağlayabilirsin. Bağlantı isteğe bağlıdır ve hangi veri türlerinin okunacağını tek tek sen seçersin: su, uyku, boy, kilo, tansiyon, dinlenme nabzı, adım.
- Okuma: Seçtiğin türler Health'ten okunur ve yalnızca cihazındaki BodyBook veritabanına yazılır. Bu veriler hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.

Anonim kullanım istatistiği

Kullanılan kimlik reklam kimliği değildir: uygulama ilk açıldığında rastgele üretilen bir numaranın karmasıdır ve kimseye bağlanamaz. Bu yüzden BodyBook izleme izni (ATT) sormaz — seni platformlar arası takip etmez.
Bu istatistiği Sen → Gizlilik → Anonim kullanım istatistiği altından kapatabilirsin. Kapattığın anda hiçbir istek gönderilmez ve cihazdaki rastgele kimlik silinir.
Hesap ve sunucu

Bildirimler

Reklam ve üçüncü taraflar

Çocuklar
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve çocuklardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Haklarını kullanma
Verilerin cihazında olduğu için silmek tamamen senin elindedir: Sen → Tüm verilerimi sil ile hepsini kaldırabilir ya da uygulamayı silebilirsin. Kullanım istatistiğinin silinmesini istersen aşağıdaki adresten yaz; talebini iletelim.
Tıbbi uyarı
BodyBook bir tıbbi cihaz değildir. Teşhis koymaz, risk skoru üretmez, ilaç ya da doz önerisi vermez ve etkileşim kontrolü yapmaz. Gösterdiği kategoriler ve karşılaştırmalar yalnızca senin girdiğin kayıtların özetidir. Sağlığınla ilgili her karar hekimine aittir.
Değişiklikler

In short
No health information you enter into BodyBook leaves your device. There is no account to create, no server of ours, and your data is never shared or sold. The only thing the app sends is an anonymous usage signal you can turn off — and it contains no health data at all.
Data that stays on your device
All of the following is stored only on your iPhone, in the app's own database. It is sent to no server, and nobody — the developer included — can access it:
- Blood pressure readings, pulse and the context tags you attach to them
- Weight, height and the body mass index derived from them
- Skincare routine, products, opening dates and shelf-life records
- Mole entries, their positions on the body map, the photos you take and the ABCDE self-assessment forms you fill in
- Medication and supplement entries: name, dose, duration, times, intake history and remaining stock
- Water and sleep entries
- Your notes and reminder preferences
Delete the app and all of it is removed from your device. To keep a backup, use You → Export my data to produce a single JSON file you can store wherever you like.
Photos
Photos you take for mole tracking are kept in the app's own folder on your device. They are not written to your photo library, not uploaded anywhere, and not sent to any image-processing service. Delete a mole and its photos go with it.
Apple Health
You can connect BodyBook to Apple Health if you want to. The connection is optional and you choose each data type individually: water, sleep, height, weight, blood pressure, resting heart rate, steps.
- Reading: the types you select are read from Health and written only to BodyBook's database on your device. They are sent to no server.
- Writing: while "Write to Health" is on, the weight, blood pressure and water you enter by hand in BodyBook are written to the Health app. You can turn this off in the app.
- You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → BodyBook.
Data read from Apple Health is not used for advertising, not shared with third parties and not processed for marketing.
Anonymous usage statistics
To understand which screens are used and whether the app runs without crashing, a limited usage signal is sent. These signals are hosted in the European Union by TelemetryDeck.
Only the following is sent:
- The event name (for example "app launched", "dose marked", "water added")
- Which modules are enabled — the module names, not their contents
- App version, iOS version and the device language setting
- A hash of a random identifier generated on the device
The following is never sent:
- Any measurement value — blood pressure, weight, sleep, water
- Medication, supplement, product or mole names
- Photos, notes and free-text fields
- Anything read from Apple Health
- Your name, email, phone number or location
- The advertising identifier (IDFA) or any permanent device identifier
The identifier used is not an advertising ID: it is the hash of a random number generated the first time the app runs, and it cannot be linked to anyone. That is why BodyBook does not ask for tracking permission (ATT) — it does not track you across apps or websites.
You can switch these statistics off under You → Privacy → Anonymous usage statistics. From that moment no request is sent and the random identifier on your device is deleted.
Accounts and servers
BodyBook has no accounts. You do not sign in, provide an email or create a password. The app has no server for your health data.
Notifications
Reminders for measurements, routines, product shelf life, mole checks and medication doses are all scheduled and shown on your device. No notification content passes through a server; remote push notifications are not used.
Advertising and third parties
There is no advertising in the app. No ad network, no data broker and no third-party SDK other than the analytics described above. Your data is never sold.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Exercising your rights
Because your data lives on your device, deleting it is entirely in your hands: use You → Delete all my data, or delete the app. If you want your usage statistics deleted, write to the address below and we will pass the request on.
Medical disclaimer
BodyBook is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, does not produce risk scores, does not recommend medication or doses and does not check interactions. The categories and comparisons it shows are summaries of the entries you made yourself. Every decision about your health belongs to your doctor.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and the date above will be updated. If the scope of collected data ever widens, both this page and the App Store privacy declaration will be updated before that version ships.
