Kısaca
Oncopace, kanser sürecinden geçenler ve onlara eşlik edenler için bir yol arkadaşı uygulamasıdır. Takma adla katılırsın; gerçek adın istenmez. Belgelerin (tahlil, rapor, reçete) yalnızca telefonunda kalır ve hiçbir zaman sunucuya gönderilmez. Takip kayıtların ve sohbetlerin, cihazlar arasında eşitlenebilmesi için yalnızca senin hesabına bağlı olarak saklanır. Reklam yok, veri satışı yok, veri simsarı yok.
Hesap
Apple ile giriş, Google ile giriş ya da e-posta/şifre ile hesap açabilirsin. Kimlik doğrulama ve veri saklama altyapımız Supabase'dir (AB sunucuları). Sağlayıcıdan yalnızca hesabını tanımak için gereken kimlik ve e-posta adresi alınır. Profilinde takma ad, tanı türü, tedavi aşaması, yaş aralığı, tedavi türleri ve konuşmak istediğin konular bulunur; her alan için "Paylaşmak istemiyorum" seçebilirsin. Bu bilgiler yalnızca yol arkadaşı eşleşmesi için kullanılır ve diğer üyelere yalnızca takma adınla, senin izin verdiğin ölçüde gösterilir.
Hesabına bağlı saklanan veriler
- Görüşme hazırlığı: görüşme başlıkları, sorular, notlar, hatırlatma tercihleri
- Takip: kilo, su, adım özeti dışındaki günlük işaretlemeler ("bugün neler yapabildin")
- Yol arkadaşı istekleri, bağlantılar, engellemeler ve sohbet mesajları
- Bilgi asistanına sorduğun sorular ve aldığın yanıtlar (yalnızca cihazında)
- Bildirim tercihleri ve bildirim gönderilebilmesi için cihaz kaydı
- Üyelik durumu (Pro olup olmadığın ve bitiş tarihi)
Bu kayıtlar cihazında şifreli dosya korumasıyla tutulur ve iki cihazın aynı hesapta çalışabilmesi için hesabına bağlı olarak sunucuda eşitlenir. Sunucu içerikleri okumaz, analiz etmez, reklam için kullanmaz.
Yalnızca cihazında kalanlar
- Belgeler: eklediğin PDF ve fotoğraflar uygulamanın kendi klasörüne kopyalanır, yorumlanmaz ve sunucuya gönderilmez. Paylaşımı sen başlatırsın.
- Adımlar: Apple Sağlık (iOS) ya da Health Connect (Android) yalnızca adım sayısı için, sen izin verirsen okunur; cihaz dışına çıkmaz.
- Kamera: belge fotoğrafı çekmek için, yalnızca sen istediğinde kullanılır.
Bilgi asistanı
"Aklındakini sor" özelliğinde yazdığın soru, yanıt üretmek için bir yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına (OpenAI ya da Google Gemini API) iletilir. İsteğe adın, e-postan, profilin ya da diğer kayıtların eklenmez; yalnızca soru metni gönderilir. Yanıtlar genel bilgidir, tıbbi tavsiye değildir. Acil ya da kriz ifadeleri algılandığında uygulama yanıt yerine destek kaynaklarını gösterir.
Sohbet ve güvenlik
Sohbetler karşılıklı kabulle başlar. Kötüye kullanım bildirimlerinde, bildirilen sohbet moderatör tarafından incelenebilir; bunun dışında mesajlar okunmaz. Engellediğin kişi seni göremez ve sana yazamaz.
Abonelik
Oncopace Pro, Apple (iOS) ya da Google Play (Android) uygulama içi abonelik sistemiyle satın alınır. Ödeme bilgilerini mağaza işler; uygulama kart bilgisi görmez. Aboneliğin doğrulanması için mağazanın işlem/satın alma kaydı, hesabınla ilişkilendirilerek sunucumuzda tutulur.
Bildirimler
Görüşme hatırlatmaları cihazında zamanlanır. Yeni mesaj ve duyuru bildirimleri için, izin verirsen, cihazının bildirim kimliği hesabına bağlı olarak saklanır. Bildirimleri uygulama içinden ya da telefon ayarlarından kapatabilirsin.
Yapmadıklarımız
- Reklam göstermeyiz, reklam SDK'sı yoktur.
- Verilerini satmayız, veri simsarlarıyla ya da reklamcılarla paylaşmayız.
- Konum, rehber, fotoğraf arşivi ya da diğer uygulamalara erişmeyiz.
- Belgelerini ve sağlık kayıtlarını herhangi bir üçüncü tarafla paylaşmayız.
Çocuklar
Oncopace 18 yaş ve üzeri içindir; çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
Haklarınız
Profilim → Hesap ve veriler bölümünden hesabını ve hesabına bağlı tüm verileri tek adımda silebilirsin. Silme, sunucudaki profil, takip, sohbet ve üyelik kayıtlarını kalıcı olarak kaldırır; cihazındaki dosyalar da temizlenir. Verilerine erişim, düzeltme ya da taşıma talepleri için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsin. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarını kullanabilirsin.
Tıbbi uyarı
Oncopace tıbbi tavsiye vermez; teşhis, tedavi ya da takip aracı değildir. Uygulamadaki bilgiler ve üyelerin paylaşımları hekiminin yerine geçmez. Acil bir durumda 112'yi ara.
Değişiklikler
Bu politika değiştiğinde bu sayfa güncellenir ve önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilir.

In short
Oncopace is a companion app for people going through cancer and for those who accompany them. You join with a nickname; your real name is never requested. Your documents (lab results, reports, prescriptions) stay only on your phone and are never uploaded. Your tracking records and chats are stored solely under your own account so they can sync between your devices. No ads, no data sales, no data brokers.
Account
You can sign in with Apple, Google, or e-mail and password. Authentication and storage run on Supabase (EU servers). From the provider we receive only the identifier and e-mail needed to recognise your account. Your profile holds a nickname, diagnosis type, treatment phase, age range, treatments and the topics you want to talk about; every field can be set to "prefer not to share". These are used only for companion matching and are shown to other members only under your nickname, to the extent you allow.
Data stored under your account
- Visit preparation: visit titles, questions, notes, reminder preferences
- Tracking: weight, water and daily check-ins
- Companion requests, connections, blocks and chat messages
- Questions you ask the information assistant and their answers (device only)
- Notification preferences and a device registration for push
- Membership status (whether Pro, and its expiry)
These records are kept on your device with file protection and synced under your account so two devices can share them. The server does not read, analyse or use them for advertising.
Device only
- Documents: PDFs and photos you add are copied into the app's own folder, never interpreted, never uploaded. Sharing is started by you.
- Steps: Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android) is read only for step counts, only with your permission, and never leaves the device.
- Camera: used only when you choose to photograph a document.
Information assistant
When you use "Ask", the question text is sent to an AI provider (OpenAI or Google Gemini API) to produce an answer. Your name, e-mail, profile or other records are not attached; only the question is sent. Answers are general information, not medical advice. If crisis language is detected, the app shows support resources instead of an answer.
Chat and safety
Chats start with mutual consent. When abuse is reported, the reported conversation may be reviewed by a moderator; otherwise messages are not read. A blocked person cannot see or message you.
Subscription
Oncopace Pro is purchased through Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android) in-app subscriptions. Payment details are processed by the store; the app never sees card details. To verify the subscription, the store's transaction/purchase record is kept on our server linked to your account.
Notifications
Visit reminders are scheduled on the device. For new-message and announcement notifications, if you allow them, your device's push identifier is stored under your account. You can turn notifications off in the app or in phone settings.
What the app never does
- No ads, no advertising SDKs.
- No selling of data, no sharing with data brokers or advertisers.
- No access to location, contacts, photo library as a whole, or other apps.
- Documents and health records are never shared with third parties.
Children
Oncopace is for adults 18+; it is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
From Profile → Account and data you can delete your account and all data tied to it in one step. Deletion permanently removes profile, tracking, chat and membership records on the server and clears the files on your device. For access, correction or portability requests write to the address below. Rights under KVKK and GDPR apply.

Changes
This page is updated when the policy changes; significant changes are announced in the app.
