Kısaca
Matchday arkadaşlarınla halısaha maçı düzenlemek için bir hesap ister. Hesabın ve maç bilgilerin Google Firebase üzerinde saklanır. Verilerin satılmaz, reklam ya da veri simsarlarıyla paylaşılmaz, uygulamada reklam veya analitik SDK'sı yoktur.
Topladığımız veriler

Kim neyi görür
- Adın, kullanıcı adın, mevkilerin ve profil fotoğrafın diğer kullanıcılara görünür; arama ve Keşfet'te listelenirsin. Oynadığın maçlardaki gol, asist ve galibiyetlerin o maçlardaki oyuncuların krallık tablosunda görünür.
- Herkese açık maçları tüm kullanıcılar, özel maçları yalnız o maçtaki kişiler görür.
- Telefon numaran ve katılım notun yalnız o maçın organizatörü ve kaptanı tarafından görülür.
- Puanlar gizlidir: kimin kime ne verdiğini hiçbir oyuncu göremez, yalnız uygulamanın yöneticisi toplu değerlendirme için görür. Yönetici ortalamaları yayınlarsa profilinde yalnız ortalama ve oy sayısı görünür.
- Şikayetleri yalnız uygulamanın yöneticisi görür; şikayet ettiğin kişiye bildirilmez. Engellediğin kişi sana görünmez ve seni davet edemez.
- Organizatörün hesabı olmayan oyuncular için girdiği adlar yalnız o organizatörün listesinde ve ilgili maçlarda görünür.
Cihazında kalanlar
Maça eklediğin telefon videoları yüklenmez, yalnız cihazında kalır. Maç hatırlatmaları (bir gün önce, maçtan önce ve maçtan sonra puanlama) cihazda kurulan yerel bildirimlerdir. Profil fotoğrafını seçerken uygulama yalnız seçtiğin görseli görür, küçültülmüş bir kopyasını saklar. Konum izni istenmez; saha, haritada senin seçtiğin yer olarak kaydedilir.
Hizmet sağlayıcılar
Veriler Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging) üzerinde işlenir. Apple ya da Google ile giriş yaparsan o şirketlerin giriş hizmeti kullanılır.
Hesabını silmek
Profil > Hesabı sil ile profilin, kullanıcı adın ve profil fotoğrafın kalıcı olarak silinir. Organizatörü olduğun maçlar diğer oyuncular için kalır; verdiğin puanlar adsız kalır. Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan aşağıdaki adrese yazarak silme isteyebilirsin.
Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Haklarınız
KVKK veya GDPR kapsamında erişim, düzeltme ya da silme talebin için aşağıdaki adrese yazabilirsin.

In short
Matchday needs an account to organise five a side matches with your friends. Your account and match data are stored on Google Firebase. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers, and the app has no advertising or analytics SDKs.
What we collect
- Account: your email address (or the identifier Apple or Google provide when you sign in with them), name, handle, the positions you play, an optional short bio and profile photo
- Matches: matches you create or join, pitch name and map link, lineups, score, goals and assists, recording links and marked moments
- People you follow and who follow you, invites and your answers
- The note and optional phone number you give when joining a match
- The ratings you give after a match
- Your device's notification token and app language
- The people you blocked and the reports you file (reporter, reported person, reason, date)
Who sees what
- Your name, handle, positions and profile photo are visible to other users; you appear in search and Explore. Your goals, assists and wins in a match show in the leaderboard of the players of that match.
- Public matches are visible to all users, private ones only to the people in them.
- Your phone number and joining note are seen only by that match's organiser and captain.
- Ratings are secret: no player can see who gave whom what; only the app's administrator sees them to compile overall ratings. If the administrator publishes averages, your profile shows only the average and the number of votes.
- Reports are seen only by the app's administrator; the reported person is not told. People you block do not show up for you and cannot invite you.
- Names an organiser enters for players without an account appear only in that organiser's roster and their matches.
What stays on your device
Phone videos you add to a match are not uploaded. Match reminders (the day before, before kickoff and after the match to rate) are local notifications scheduled on the device. When you pick a profile photo the app only sees the image you chose and keeps a small copy. The app does not ask for location permission; a pitch is saved as the place you pick on the map.
Service providers
Data is processed on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Messaging). If you sign in with Apple or Google, their sign in service is used.
Deleting your account
Profile > Delete account permanently removes your profile, handle and profile photo. Matches you organised stay for the other players; ratings you gave stay anonymous. If you cannot reach the app, email the address below to request deletion.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
For access, correction or deletion requests under GDPR or Turkish KVKK, write to the address below.
Changes
If this policy changes, this page and the date above are updated.
