Kısaca
Leafbook hesap açmanı gerektirmez. Bitkilerin, fotoğrafların, sulama kayıtların ve notların iPhone'unda ve kendi iCloud hesabında kalır. Cihazdan yalnızca üç durumda bir şey çıkar ve üçü de senin kararın: fotoğraftan bitki tanıma, bir bitkiyi bağlantıyla paylaşman ve adınla ilişkilendirilmeyen anonim kullanım sayaçları. Kamera ve fotoğraflar
Bitki eklemek ya da zaman çizelgesine fotoğraf koymak için uygulama kamera izni ister. Çekilen ya da galeriden seçilen fotoğraflar yalnızca uygulamanın kendi klasörüne kopyalanır; fotoğraf arşivin bir bütün olarak okunmaz. Galeriden seçim iOS'un kendi seçicisiyle yapılır: uygulama yalnızca senin seçtiğin görselleri görür. "Hayalet" hizalama ve büyüme ölçümü tamamen cihazda hesaplanır.
Fotoğraftan bitki tanıma
"Bitkinin fotoğrafını çek" adımında bir fotoğraf verdiğinde, tür önerisi almak için yalnızca o fotoğraf ve kısa bir istem, tanıma hizmetine (Google Gemini API) gönderilir. Bu isteğe adın, e-postan, konumun ya da diğer bitkilerine dair bilgi eklenmez. Abonelik

iCloud eşitleme
Aynı Apple hesabını kullanan cihazlarında bitkilerin, fotoğrafların ve kayıtların iCloud'un özel veritabanı üzerinden eşitlenir. Bu alan senin iCloud hesabına aittir; biz oradaki içeriği göremeyiz. Eşitlemeyi iPhone ayarlarından Leafbook için kapatabilirsin.
Anonim kullanım ölçümü
Uygulamanın hangi ekranlarının kullanıldığını, kaç bitki eklendiğini ve aboneliğe giden yolun nerede koptuğunu görebilmek için anonim bir kurulum kimliğiyle sayaçlar tutulur: ekran adları ve süreleri, bitki ve fotoğraf sayıları, abonelik ekranının açılması. Bitki paylaşma

Hesap ve topluluk

Fotoğraf denetimi
Topluluk yalnızca bitki içindir. Paylaşmadan önce fotoğraf iki kez kontrol edilir: önce telefonunda, Apple'ın cihaz üstü görüntü sınıflandırmasıyla (hiçbir yere gitmez), sonra Google Gemini'ye gönderilerek bitki içerip içermediğine ve uygunsuz bir şey olup olmadığına bakılır. Hesabını silmek

Çocuklar

Haklarınız
Bitkilerin cihazında olduğu için silme tamamen sende: bitkileri tek tek silebilir ya da uygulamayı kaldırabilirsin. Toplulukta paylaştıkların için Ayarlar'daki Hesabı sil her şeyi kaldırır. KVKK veya GDPR kapsamında bir talebin olursa aşağıdaki adresten yazabilirsin.
Bakım bilgisi uyarısı
Tür önerileri ve bakım rehberleri genel bilgi verir; ışık, sıcaklık ve saksıya göre ihtiyaç değişir. Sulama aralıkları başlangıç noktasıdır, toprağa bakarak ayarla. Evcil hayvan güvenliği bilgisi genel kaynaklardan derlenmiştir; şüphede kalırsan veterinere danış.

In short
Leafbook does not require an account. Your plants, photos, watering log and notes stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud account. Only three things ever leave the device, and all three are your call: photo identification, sharing one plant by link, and anonymous usage counters that are not tied to your name. Each is described below. Your data is never sold or shared with advertising or data brokers.
Data that stays on your device
- The plants you add: name, species, location, notes
- Watering and fertilizing dates and your reminder preferences
- Plant photos you take or pick, and the growth values computed from them
- Language, appearance and screen-tip preferences
Deleting the app deletes this data and the photos from your device.
Camera and photos
To add a plant or a timeline photo the app asks for camera permission. Photos you take or pick are copied into the app's own folder; your photo library is never read as a whole. Library picking uses Apple's own picker, so the app only sees the images you selected. Ghost alignment and growth measurement are computed entirely on the device.
Photo identification
When you provide a photo in the "Take a photo of the plant" step, only that photo and a short prompt are sent to the identification service (Google Gemini API) to get species suggestions. No name, email, location or information about your other plants is attached. The app does not retain the photo on any server after the result is produced; the service's own retention and processing are governed by Google's Gemini API terms. You can always add a plant by searching the catalog by name instead, in which case nothing leaves your device.
Subscription
Leafbook Pro is sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles payment; the app never sees card details. To verify subscription status, Apple's transaction information and an anonymous app user ID are shared with our subscription provider, RevenueCat. That ID is not linked to your name or email.
Notifications
Watering reminders are scheduled entirely on the device (local notifications). No push notifications are used.
iCloud sync
Your plants, photos and records sync between devices signed in to the same Apple account, through iCloud's private database. That space belongs to your iCloud account and we cannot see what is in it. You can turn sync off for Leafbook in your iPhone settings.
Anonymous usage measurement
So we can see which screens get used, how many plants get added and where the path to a subscription breaks down, the app keeps counters under an anonymous install id: screen names and durations, plant and photo counts, and when the subscription screen opens. The id is random, specific to this app, and never tied to your name, your email or your device id. Your plant names, notes, photos and location are never sent. The measurement is not for advertising or tracking and is not shared with third parties; the data sits in Google Firebase.
Sharing a plant
If you choose to share a plant by link, only that plant (its name, species, watering interval and latest photo) is copied to the server and made readable at a long, randomly generated address. Anyone with the link can see that one plant; nobody can list them. Your care log, your notes and your other plants are not shared. You can stop sharing from the app at any time, and the record is deleted there and then. No plant leaves your device unless you share it yourself.
Account and community
Your plants never needed an account and still do not. An account is only for the Community. You open one with Apple, Google or an email address, through Firebase Authentication, and what reaches us is a user id and, when there is one, an email address. With Apple you may use Apple's private relay address, in which case we never see the real one either. We never see your password.
Your profile is public: the name you choose, your username, an optional line about you and a profile picture. You can hide your profile page in Settings; your posts stay in the feed, because posting was your choice.
When you show a plant in the community, these become public: the photo, the line you wrote, the plant's species and the name you gave it, if any. Your care log, your notes, your places and your other plants are not shared. The charms you leave and the comments you write are visible too, with your name on them.
Photo checking
The community is for plants only. Before a photo goes up it is checked twice: first on your phone, with Apple's on-device image classification, which never leaves it; then by sending it to Google Gemini to judge whether it shows a plant and whether it shows anything it should not. A photo that fails is never written to the server at all. A photo that passes is not retained by Google; it is judged and discarded.
Reporting and blocking
Every post can be reported and every person blocked. A report reaches us and is looked at within 24 hours; anything objectionable is removed. Someone you block disappears from your feed, posts and comments alike.
Deleting your account
Settings, then Delete account. Your profile, your username, your posts and the charms and comments on them are removed for good. Your plants stay on your phone and in your own iCloud, untouched.

Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. The community is a public space; nobody under 13 should open an account.
Your rights
Because your plants live on your device, deletion is entirely in your hands: delete plants one by one or remove the app. For anything you shared in the community, Delete account in Settings removes all of it. If you have a request under GDPR or Turkish KVKK, write to the address below.
Care information disclaimer
Species suggestions and care guides are general information; needs vary with light, temperature and pot. Watering intervals are a starting point, adjust by checking the soil. Pet-safety notes are compiled from general sources; when in doubt, ask a vet.
